  • Ordering Questions

How soon can I order a tree? We begin taking orders for the season in October. Of course, you are free to contact us any time of year should you need more information or have special ordering requests.

How do I rent a tree? That’s the easy part! Complete the online reservation process, and reserve your time to pick up the tree. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Once the order is confirmed, your tree will be reserved and prepared for pick up.

Can I rent more than one tree? Absolutely! We currently only have one additional tree for add on. Please contact us if you would like to reserve more than two trees.

How is the tree height measured? Our trees are measured including the pot. In the case of our table top trees, their pots are typically 8-10 inches high, with the tree averaging 18-24 inches.

Can I cancel an order? Yes. we offer cancellation and refund options. Make sure to check our terms or service in the rental agreement for details. Remember, once the tree has left the nursery, fees can still be applicable.

Can I buy the tree instead of returning it? No. Our trees have received special care and investment to be utilized as a rental for its time with us. As we grow, someday we hope to “retire” and sell trees that are too large for rental; however at this time it is not an option.

  • Tree Care Questions

How much/ often do I need to water the tree?
We recommend watering once a day during your rental period. For our small trees, we recommend about a cup of water each day.

Can I use ice on the soil instead of water? Yes! The ice melts slowly to allow the water to soak the roots more deeply and prevents spills as well.

Can I trim or cut branches from the tree or remove it from its pot? NO. Our trees must be returned in the same condition as they were picked up. See rental agreement for more details.

What kinds of lights and decorations can I use? You are welcome to use any ornaments that you would use on any tree. However, tinsel and flocking is not permitted, as trees use their needles to breathe and will harm the tree. Additionally, lights must be LEDs as they do not produce heat and will not harm your tree. Traditional lights will damage the tree. See rental agreement for more details.

Do I need to place the tree in specific areas of my home? We recommend placing the tree near a source of natural light, and away from heating units or fireplaces.

Can I cover the pot? We provide decorative pot covers for you to choose from with your tree rental. You are welcome to use your own decorative pot cover at home; however, the tree must remain in it’s original pot, with the roots left undisturbed. We recommend having a saucer or other plastic water catcher to protect surfaces from excess water that may not be absorbed by the tree.

Can I put the tree outdoors? Absolutely! Please make sure it’s in an area where it won't be easily stolen or damaged. It will still need water each day!

What do I do if I notice something wrong with my tree? Reach out to us immediately. We will help you resolve the issue.
